How to sell SWEAT tokens for USDT
Here are 4 steps to sell off your SWEAT tokens:
- Obtain the NEAR deposit address from a centralised exchange
- Paste the NEAR deposit address in your SWEAT wallet
- Process the withdrawal in your SWEAT wallet
- Sell off your SWEAT tokens for USDT
#1 Obtain the NEAR deposit address from a centralised exchange
There are a few exchanges which have already listed the SWEAT token. However, not all of them support NEAR network deposits of SWEAT.
There are some exchanges like FTX that only support the ERC20 version of SWEAT.
In this case, you are unable to send your SWEAT tokens directly from the SWEAT wallet to this address.
This is because the SWEAT tokens in your SWEAT wallet are on the NEAR network, and not the Ethereum (ERC20) network!
If you do send SWEAT to this address, it will be lost.
As such, you would need to find a centralised exchange that supports NEAR network deposits of SWEAT.
So far, the only 2 that I found include KuCoin and Bybit.
Both of these exchanges support both ERC20 and NEAR network deposits of SWEAT, so don’t forget to choose the correct address!
#2 Paste the NEAR deposit address in your SWEAT wallet
After obtaining the NEAR deposit address, you can now send your funds from your SWEAT wallet to that address.
The withdrawal fees are free for now, but they are usually rather low on the NEAR network.
#3 Process the withdrawal in your SWEAT wallet
After you have processed the withdrawal,
you should have received the tokens in the centralised exchange of your choice.
#4 Sell off your SWEAT tokens for USDT
After receiving your SWEAT tokens, you can now sell them for USDT on the centralised exchange!
