Here's how you can send LUNA and UST to your Keplr Wallet via the Terra network.

You will need to manually add the Terra network to Keplr, and you can check out my guide below on how to do so.

Do make sure that you are using the Terra network when sending over your funds, and not other networks such as ERC20. Otherwise, your funds may be lost!

I would recommend using FTX to send your funds over to Keplr as there are no withdrawal fees when you are withdrawing via the Terra network.
