If you tried sending Harmony (ONE) to your Binance via its native chain (Harmony) by copying the deposit address, you may have received this message:
This is because exchanges like Huobi, Binance, and Crypto.com would look for an address that starts with ‘one‘.
Harmony ONE is actually an EVM-compatible chain, even though it does not have an ‘0x’ address!
Moreover, there are 2 different versions of ONE that Binance supports (Harmony and BEP2).
Here’s a guide on how you can do so:
How to send Harmony (ONE) to Binance
Here are 3 steps to send ONE to your Binance:
- Select a platform that enables ONE withdrawals via these networks
- Obtain the ONE deposit address from Binance
- Send ONE from the platform of your choice to Binance
Here is each step explained further:
Select a platform that enables ONE withdrawals via these networks
The first step you’ll need is to find a platform that supports ONE, and you are able to send ONE to Binance via the Harmony and BEP2 networks only.
Here are 5 platforms for your consideration:

You may notice that FTX charges the cheapest fees for Harmony withdrawals.
Obtain the ONE deposit address from Binance
When you are on the homepage of your Binance, you will need to tap on ‘Wallets‘.
After tapping ‘Wallets’, you will need to select ‘Deposit and Withdrawal’.
Binance will now show you all the tokens that you can deposit onto their platform. You will need to search for ONE, and select ‘Deposit’.
Depending on which network you want to send ONE to your Binance, you can tap on it and it will give you the corresponding deposit address.
This allows you to view and copy the Harmony address for ONE. You may want to note that you can only send the Harmony version of ONE to this address. Sending other coins to this address may result in permanent loss.
If you intend to deposit ONE via the Binance Beacon Chain (BEP2), your wallet address would start with ‘bnb’ instead.
Send ONE from the platform of your choice to Binance
After you have copied the deposit address from Binance, the last step would be to send ONE from the platform that you’ve selected previously.
In this example, I will be using AAX to send ONE.
If you are sending ONE via the Harmony network, the address should start with ‘one‘, and you can choose to transfer it out.
You may want to note that AAX does not support BEP2 withdrawals for ONE.
Moreover, if you choose to send ONE using the BEP2 network, you may need to make use of Binance, and your address will start with ‘bnb‘.
Once you have confirmed the transaction, you will be able to receive ONE in your Binance.
Conclusion
When you are sending ONE to Binance, you are able to send it to 2 networks: Harmony or BEP2.
